October 2011

Kaylyn is crawling around everywhere and pulling up on everything now...
And getting into everything and perfecting her mess making skills :)
But she's a cutie!
James was sick for a few days. Poor little boy didn't feel good and fell asleep on the couch watching Blue's Clues.

Kaylyn modeling her headbands and new dress I made for her :)
James doing his favorite thing - singing and directing the music :)
Hugs! :)

One Saturday we went to a pumpkin patch. There were a bunch of pumpkins that you could buy, and they also had some inflatable slides and bounce houses. James LOVED it! He went down the slide over and over and over - we had to drag him away when it was time to go home.
They also had little cars to drive around, which James was very excited about. :)

September 2011

Michael had Labor Day off from work, so we went to DeAnza Park as a family.

Kaylyn freaked out when I tried to sit her in the sand to play with the shovel, so she just st in the stroller and chewed on the shovel from a safe distance from the sand :)
And then we had Oreos for our FHE treat. It was Kaylyn's first oreo - I think she enjoyed it :)

More cute and silly pics from the month....
Aww...hugs! :)
James was pulling Kaylyn backwards around the living room ;)

August 2011

Not much happened in August except trying to stay cool during the day with no air conditioning. It's usually not so bad, which is why a lot of places in the area don't have air conditioning. But there are a few weeks in August/September that can get into the upper 80s/low 90s where it gets a little rough. So this post is mostly just cute pics from throughout the month.

Can you stand the cuteness? :)
Yay for sharing! Doesn't happen often yet, but it;s nice when it does :)

One day I set Kaylyn down in the bouncy seat, so I could run to the kitchen and get James some juice real quick. I didn't buckle her in like I usually do because I was coming right back to get her after I finished getting the juice. But in the few seconds I was gone, she shimmied her way down the bouncy seat, and I found her like this :)
On Sundays I usually put my make-up on in the car on the way to save time. So one Sunday I was packing the diaper bag and gathering everything we needed for church and had set my make-up bag on the chair by the door so I wouldn't forget it. James found it and decided he needed a little eyeliner before we left :)
Silly little boy :)
